How do I become a sponsor or partner?

When is the conference?

CREATE Conference 2026 runs October 16–19, 2026 in Salt Lake City. Friday includes the Buildathon, Saturday–Sunday is the Main Conference, and Monday wraps with the Co-Conspirators’ Breakfast—giving AI for Business Leaders time to learn, apply, and connect without sprinting through everything.

When should I arrive?

If you’re attending the Buildathon, arrive by 10:30 AM Friday. If you’re attending the Main Conference only, arrive by 5:00 PM Friday so you’re settled for the 6:00 PM welcome party.

Where is the conference being held?

CREATE Conference 2026 is hosted at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah—our home base for the Salt Lake City AI Event designed for Women in AI Leadership. Staying central keeps logistics simple, so you can focus on AI Strategy for Women and real connection.

How do I book a hotel room in the discounted She Leads AI room block?

After you register, your confirmation email includes the discounted booking link. Rooms are limited, so booking early is the smart move.

What does my registration include?

Your Main Conference ticket includes access to all sessions on Saturday–Sunday, meals and snack breaks during the main conference days, receptions, and the Whova app for scheduling and attendee connection.

Optional add-ons (purchased separately) include the Friday Buildathon ($299), and the Monday Co-Conspirators’ Breakfast ($97).

How do I register?

Most attendees register through Whova.

If you prefer a payment plan, register through our Stripe account instead. We're offering a 3-payment plan with a one-time $49 payment plan fee.

How can I connect with other attendees?

You’ll connect through Whova and structured in-person experiences. Whova helps you browse the schedule, message attendees, and set up 1:1 meetings or small group chats—because Women in AI Leadership grows faster through real relationships.

What if I'm an introvert?

CREATE Conference 2026 is designed so you can connect without getting steamrolled. Many attendees prefer thoughtful conversation over loud mixers, and we build in multiple ways to participate based on your energy.

You’ll still find your people—especially if Emotional Intelligence in AI is part of how you lead.

Are meals included?

Yes—meals and snack breaks are included during the Main Conference days. This includes the welcome party food, breakfast/lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and daily snack breaks.

What's the refund policy? Can I transfer my ticket?

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to join us for the CREATE Conference,

Please review the options below:

Refund

You may request a refund by October 2, 2026 (14 days prior to the event). A $50 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Please send all requests to hello@sheleadsaicreate.com, and we will process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Because our financial commitments for the event are finalized at that time, we cannot issue refunds after the October 2, 2026 deadline.

Other Options

If the refund window has closed, you still have two great options for your ticket:

1. Transfer Your Ticket: You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.
   

2. Credit Your Ticket: You may apply the value of your ticket toward next year's conference.
